In a group, one person's violation gives every active focuser a penalty. With at least two active focusers, earn 2× XP and Coins.

Clear rules.
No surprises.

Relaxed mode has no rule checks or penalties. In Standard and Hardcore, the rules apply while focus time is running.

Before you start

Place your phone down. In strict modes, it must be still and your volume must be at least 20%.

Keep your phone still

Your first movement is a warning. Move it again, and 5 minutes of focus debt is added.

Stay in the room

Keep the app open while you focus. Staying away can add focus debt and remove you from the session.

Keep the volume up

Drop below 20% for more than 10 seconds, and 5 minutes of focus debt is added.

Breaks are free

During breaks, the rules pause. Move your phone, leave the app, or adjust the volume before the next focus block begins.
