Common issues
Room invite problems
Check your connection, confirm the invite code, and ask the host to keep the room open.
Pro access missing
Open app settings and use Restore. If access still does not appear, email support with the purchase date and account email or user ID.
Profile photo upload failed
Try a smaller image and confirm network access. Photos are stored only for your profile avatar.
Privacy or deletion request
Use the account deletion page or email support with enough account information to identify the account.
What to include
- Your account email or app user ID if available.
- Device type, operating system, and app version.
- Approximate time of the issue and room invite code if relevant.
- For billing issues, use the store receipt or purchase date. Do not send full payment card details.
