Common issues

Room invite problems

Check your connection, confirm the invite code, and ask the host to keep the room open.

Pro access missing

Open app settings and use Restore. If access still does not appear, email support with the purchase date and account email or user ID.

Profile photo upload failed

Try a smaller image and confirm network access. Photos are stored only for your profile avatar.

Privacy or deletion request

Use the account deletion page or email support with enough account information to identify the account.
